From Monday the 19th of July we will continue to have the waiting rooms open. These will remain set out with social distancing in mind. To accommodate our busy practice we will only allow access to the waiting rooms if there is room for you to be seated, you arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment and we can only allow access to the patient and one parent/ accompanying adult. Wherever possible we would ask that siblings and additional adults remain outside.
Upon entry to the building please let reception know that you have arrived. We will give you your next appointment ticket. If the appointment is unsuitable, we ask that you contact us by telephone on 01246 550033 or via email on firstname.lastname@example.org this is to stop patients gathering at the reception desk and maintain the one way system.
Finally and most importantly we must remind all service users that if anyone in your household or social bubble gets symptoms of coronavirus including a persistant cough, high temperature or altered sense of taste or smell please change your appointment. The same applies if you are contacted through track and trace or an education facility to stay at home and quarantine.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank our patients and their families for their continued understanding and support during a very testing year.
