Since reopening in June, Chesterfield Orthodontics are continuing to implement Covid-19 guidance.
As of 5th January 2021 the UK government has enforced a tier 5 lockdown. Fortunately dental practices remain open and we would encourage all patients to attend their appointments.
If you or anyone in your household is classified as clinically extremely vulnerable please let us know so we can offer appropriate appointments.
If you are in active treatment (have a brace) and don't have an appointment made it may be that we don't have the correct contact details for you. If you think this may be the case please email us.
Visits to the practice will now be very different to safeguard all patients and staff.
The changes include:
Please do not visit the practice if you have a high temperature, a new persistent cough, any alteration/loss of taste or smell, have been to a foreign country that requires quarantine/ isolation in the past 2 weeks or have been asked to isolate by track and trace.
